[Switch Vs Evil-Dog -> Round 3]

Near-perfect.

The only thing that bugs me is that it's not 'powerful' enough.
Otherwise this is quite possibly the most badass punk song in the Audio Portal and bar to none except your previous matches so far.

I agree, it's not powerful enough. But for this one we're part of the anti-loud war, sacrificing loudness for a bit more dynamics. Also it's not studio recording so...yeah haha Thanks dude :)

Oh well, this song is one of my older songs now. I used some crappy headphones when I made it, so everything might not be at their best. I see what you mean about the chimes being too soft. Maybe I'll fix that sometime.

My kinda heavy.

I dig the double guitarplay, though at some points the distortion was a bit too overridden.
I also dig those drums; very heavy.

Definitely my kinda stuff.
Most of the other things just don't sound as loose and heavy at the same time.
It's either ridiculously fast death metal or orchestral.

I would also like to say that I utterly dig that slide riff.

Quite good but not the best.

The guitar is the problem. Too much treble. You can barely hear the melody itself, more like constant growling.

Now, I'm a metalhead myself so I found it awesome, just do something about the guitar around the first half. Later it sounds fine.

Otherwise not bad.

Thanx for the review, like i said up top, you can only work with what you have, i did listen to this on 3 different types of speakers, it doesnt sound to trebily to me. Sounds best on speakers with a subwoofer, gives it a thicker sound. Im glad you liked it. Thanx

We wanted to mix it up a bit with the timing, lots of tempo changes etc. we might have been overboard a little here and there and made it sound sloppy. But from what we hear the timing is alright.
